Hi Kanchana .. I am Lavanya (Buffalo) 's cousin... That's how I was introduced to your website.. Love all of your recipes.. Made this one today and it turned out pretty well too.. in my case though, the sauce turned out a little less for the amount of tikkas... so would need to make some more when we plan to eat in the evening.. :) Awesome food and keep blogging ..

We love Ragda Pattice Kanchana! Your pictures look divine, I'm craving some right now :-)<BR/>I made my ragda with soaked peas (the dry Vatana variety).
