Oh yeah...I love this stuff...anything Mexican-vegetarian recipe and I am game! Lovely idea to use both the burger and beans.I love those huge taco salad bowls that they sell..they add a nice crunch.

Before i go on further I must say that your wedding pictures look so beautiful! You look so lovely and traditional!
And the nombu pictures so nice :-) Its super that u are keeping all these traditions alive!
And the mexican salad. The pictures look yumm! Feel like recahing into the salad right now :-)

The salad looks great, the samosas yummy and I am amazed at the way you celebrated the nombu. You are such a wonderful mix of traditional and contemporary Indian culture.
I use the bite size peices of the burger even in my salads and noodles/pasta dishes. They make up for any lack of fresh veggies in the dish and do I need to say abt the added taste.
